Unlike many other radiology network organizations operating in New York, our structure is in full compliance with applicable New York State Worker’s Compensation laws. These laws prohibit corporations from practicing medicine through single specialty “PPO”-type organizations. ATLANTIC IMAGING OF NEW YORK, P.C. IS THE ONLY NEW YORK RADIOLOGY NETWORK TO ADVANCE-FUND ITS “CLEAN CLAIMS” WITHIN 72-HOURS OF RECEIPT! Our success is the result of Radiology Facilities working to provide quality diagnostic services within a predetermined payment schedule, and quality management controls that provide for appropriate services and monitoring of those services. We depend on your commitment to quality. In exchange, Atlantic Imaging of New York, P.C. will advance-fund your “Clean Claims” and market your Radiology location through a single-signature contract accessing many large insurance carriers. Only professionally competent providers and facilities that meet our qualification standards will be approved to participate in the Atlantic Imaging of New York, P.C. Network. STEPS TO PARTICIPATE WITH ATLANTIC IMAGING OF NEW YORK, P.C. A qualified facility must be licensed in accordance with all applicable state law and all Radiologists must be Board Certified to participate with Atlantic Imaging of New York, P.C.. MedCheck Credentialing Services LLC has been designated to perform the primary source verification for Atlantic Imaging of New York, P.C.. In order to Participate you must complete: 1. One Radiology Provider Subcontractor Agreement 2. One MedCheck Facility Application. 3. Three MedCheck Physician Applications. The Radiology Provider Subcontractor Agreement must be signed by the owner or authorized representative. If you elect to have more than one location participate in the network, you may list the names and addresses on the signature pages as long as the Tax ID is the same. A MedCheck Facility Application must be completed for EACH location even if the Tax ID is the same. MedCheck Physician Applications are included and must be completed for each Radiologist performing services at your facility(ies).
